Summer Solstice Silent Walk

We gather at first light by the round tower and walk in silence to the upper lake, pausing three times for seated practice as the valley warms.

Suitable for anyone comfortable on uneven ground. Bring water, layers and boots. Tea and brown bread afterwards in the car park.
