Terms of Service

You need an account to host or book events. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You must be 18 or older to host an event or receive payouts. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Events on Fíor are run by independent hosts, not by us. We do not deliver, supervise or endorse any gathering, and we make no promise about the qualifications of a host or the outcome of an event. Nothing offered through Fíor is medical advice or treatment. Your agreement to attend is with the host.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. You must have the right to run the event and to use the images and text you upload. We may edit, unpublish or refuse listings — for example if they are misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, illegal, or promise medical results. Listings must be real events with a real date, place and host.

Listing a free or donation-based event is free. When you sell tickets we charge a flat fee of €1.50 per ticket, taken at the point of sale. Ticket revenue less our fee and payment processing costs is credited to your Fíor balance. You can request a payout to your nominated bank account; payouts are reviewed by us before they are sent, and we may hold a payout while we look into a dispute or a suspected breach of these terms.

Tickets are issued with a unique code and QR ticket that the host scans on arrival. If you cancel, your booking is kept on the attendee list marked as cancelled. Refund decisions for ticketed events are made by the host. If a host cancels an event, they are responsible for refunding attendees. Contact the host first; contact us if you cannot resolve it.

Do not scrape the site, attempt to break its security, upload harmful code, impersonate anyone, harass other users, or use Fíor to send unsolicited marketing. We record IP addresses and may ban accounts that abuse the platform.

Fíor is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from an event you attend or host, from a host's or attendee's conduct, or from any interruption to the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? See the contact page.
